Thankfully, with my gratitude to Allah Almighty's wish for His grace and grace, I was given the opportunity to write a few words in this room. The Pahang State Court is a government department under the Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia (“PKPMP”) responsible for the administration of the judiciary in Malaysia. The CPPMP has always taken various initiatives to enhance the ability and performance of the judiciary and public confidence in the body.
The development of this website is one of the initiatives taken by the CPPMP to meet the need for interactive and informative information for the public. Through this website, stakeholders and the public can access various matters such as access to judgment reasons for the cases that have been decided, the List of Causes for Courts using the Case Management System (“CMS”) application, e-integration systems, e-acquisition systems, and e-treatment systems.
As the Director of the Pahang State Court, I will try to ensure that all the information and content presented through this website are accurate and up-to-date. I hope that this website can serve as a major medium of information delivery to make the programs or activities implemented throughout the Pahang Domestic Court.
I am also pleased to invite and welcome all parties to submit any suggestions for improvement in an effort to enhance the effectiveness of this portal.
